Conference Fringe Sponsorship Package -SOLD TO HARROW GREEN
- Promotion as Fringe sponsor throughout the conference.
- Logo as backdrop at beginning and end of fringe events.
- Designated Fringe room that can be branded at sponsor's own cost.
- One page of advertising in FM World magazine leading up to the conference.
- Sponsor logo to appear in brochure promoting the conference.
- Sponsor logo and profile to appear on the dedicated conference website.
- Sponsor logo to appear on the holding and intro slides to the conference.
- Conference chairperson will make daily reference to the fringe sponsor.
- Sponsor logo on signage and other printed material relating to the Fringe at the conference.
- Promotional material (e.g. Corporate brochures) included in delegate bag.
- Exhibition Stand. The sponsor may set up an exhibition stand, in an agreed location for the duration of the conference. (Maximum floor area 3m x 2m. No furniture provided, but electricity can be supplied subject to location.).
- Opportunity to mail the database of conference attendees once pre-conference and once post conference. (Mailing through an independent mailing house at sponsor's expense).
- One pdf page of advertising on the USB stick given to delegates.
- Two free delegate places at conference.
